Plan a Wedding
I feel really sorry for all of the people that are getting married and planning weddings at the moment. I think that with the economic downturn it means that they may be having to look for cheap options, which is not what I would want for my wedding. I suppose every girl dreams of her wedding being a very lavish occasion but in reality no one has a bottomless pit of money to spend. I suppose if you have to get cheap wedding invitations for example, it is not the end of the world but I am sure that most girls would not want to cut back on money for her dress. I think that if you plan things properly and look at every detail, you should be able to make small cut backs which will all add up. For example you could do away with wedding centerpieces and maybe just put flowers there ? possibly the bride and bridesmaids bouquets. You could also do away with buttonholes or have a slightly less lavish meal. You could reduce the cost of the bridesmaids gifts and not do any wedding favors. Also cakes are normally far too big so having a small one, which could double as dessert could be a great way to save money.
